Volunteering in the Polish Red Cross - structure

The activities of the Polish Red Cross are largely based on the work of volunteers and members of the PCK - without them, we would not be able to reach such a large number of people and achieve our goals.

Volunteers and Members

Participation of volunteers in the activities of the Polish Red Cross (PCK) is governed by generally applicable provisions of Polish law.

A volunteer, just like a member of PCK, can engage in the realization of PCK's goals and activities, but they do not pay membership fees and do not have passive or active voting rights within the Association's structures.

A volunteer does not need to belong to any basic unit; they can assist in the work of a specific district or regional PCK branch, for example by participating in food collections, street fundraising, helping to organize events, etc.

A PCK member must belong to a specific basic unit of PCK.

Every member of the Polish Red Cross is simultaneously a volunteer of the Polish Red Cross.
