
Team
The Polish Red Cross team consists of thousands of people united by the idea of selfless help to others. In addition to the employees of the Main Management Office of the Polish Red Cross, regional and district branches, there are members of the management boards at various levels of the association and thousands of volunteers working in groups, circles, and clubs of the Red Cross.
Structure of the Polish Red Cross
The organizational structure of the Polish Red Cross consists of four levels:
national, regional, district, and basic units.
At the national level, the Main Board Office of the Polish Red Cross operates, with 16 Regional Branches of the PRC in the voivodeships, and at the county level, there are about 150 District Branches of the PRC and PRC Delegations. The fourth level is made up of basic units, including School PRC Circles, Groups of Social Youth Instructors (SIM), Clubs of Honorary Blood Donors, Rescue Groups, and Humanitarian Aid Groups.
The groups carry out comprehensive rescue operations, providing assistance in disaster and natural disaster situations. It is a team of trained rescuers working with emergency services to effectively save human lives in difficult conditions.
Groups support those affected by disasters by providing shelter, material assistance, and psychosocial support. Become part of the team that helps in the most challenging moments!
A community of people engaged in promoting the idea of voluntary blood donation and supporting those in need. Members organize events, educate society, and create a space for the integration of honorary blood donors.
Youth HDK PCK Clubs are initiatives for students promoting the idea of voluntary blood donation. Join to support blood donation actions and help save lives!
SIM PCK groups are a space for young leaders who want to engage socially and develop their skills. Join us and create educational projects and initiatives that change local communities!
Space for students and university staff who want to support those in need and realize the values of the Polish Red Cross. Join us, organize projects, and co-create nationwide initiatives!
Initiative for students and teachers, supporting school communities in the spirit of humanitarianism and assistance. Join the nationwide campaigns of the Polish Red Cross and bring the idea of helping to your school!
Clubs support the youngest in learning tolerance, helping those in need, and taking care of health. Join the initiative and help children develop social skills from preschool!
The President of the Polish Red Cross holds the highest position in the Association. He is responsible to the National Congress for ensuring that it remains true to its mission and oversees the implementation of the Association's statutory goals and tasks.
The General Director of the Polish Red Cross is the highest-ranking employee of the association. He is responsible to the Main Board and the President of the Polish Red Cross for properly managing the current activities of the association and for creating organizational conditions for the functioning of the national statutory bodies of the association.
