On July 18th in “Gingerbread Town” with singing, coffee, and delicious pastry, the Participants of the Good Card , Lunch Mail , Volunteers, and Red Cross activists met.

On July 18th, a special meeting full of joy, music, and togetherness took place in the hospitable "Gingerbread Town." Participants of the Good Card and Dinner Post programs, volunteers, and friends of the Polish Red Cross gathered over aromatic coffee and homemade cake.

The unique atmosphere of the event was created by the performances of Elżbieta and Aleksandra from the "Lutnia" Choir, who encouraged participants to sing together. The meeting was also highlighted by a poetic presentation by Ms. Barbara, who shared her original works, putting everyone in a reflective mood. There was also fun – the wheel of fortune and charades were very popular and provided many smiles.

During the picnic, it was also possible to take advantage of free screenings for cataract – the tests were conducted by a team of specialists from LuxMed. Volunteers were constantly present among seniors, offering assistance and friendly conversation.

This integrative event could not have taken place without the support of the Ladybug Foundation, to which we sincerely thank for their commitment to activities for the elderly.
