REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

the service of preparing and delivering vouchers

for the Polish Red Cross

The procurement procedure has the designation: VOUCHERS 1#/2025 and is conducted by the Polish Red Cross as part of the implementation of Initiative No. FWD-P-1 titled "Financial assistance in the form of vouchers or prepaid cards for families affected by flooding" under the Bilateral Cooperation Fund of the Financial Mechanism of the European Economic Area 2014-2021 and the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014-2021. This Request for Proposals is not subject to the provisions of the Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1843, as amended). The subject of the order along with the specification and requirements has been defined in the Request for Proposals and its Attachments.

The deadline for submitting offers (in written or electronic form) expires on March 14, 2025, at 12:00 PM (Warsaw time). Please submit offers in accordance with the guidelines presented in the Request for Proposals and using the addresses indicated in its content.
