On the occasion of European Mental Health Week (May 4–10) the Polish Red Cross provides free materials that support daily well-being and mental balance.
This is a time when special attention is paid to the importance of prevention and small, daily habits that positively influence well-being. Even short exercises can help reduce stress levels and improve concentration.
Daily support for mental health
PCK Well-Being Calendar for May 2026 is a set of short, practical exercises that support mental health and well-being.
The exercises are simple and require no preparation. They can be done in a few minutes – at home or at work, even with children. Their goal is to support daily functioning and build greater mindfulness.
Materials can be used to:
calm down and reduce tension,
return to mindfulness 'here and now',
better balance action and rest,
support daily mental well-being.
Premiere during European Mental Health Week
The publication of the calendar coincides with the beginning of European Mental Health Week (May 4–10), which is a good opportunity to draw attention to the importance of daily mental health prevention.
Psychological support from PCK
The Polish Red Cross has been carrying out activities supporting mental health for years, including assistance directed at the youngest. Children under the care of PCK regularly benefit from psychological support, which helps them build a sense of security, strengthen their self-worth, and cope better with difficult experiences.

👉 On the PCK website you can also download the full version of the calendar for the entire year 2026, covering all months and various areas of well-being.
