The program of the meeting included visits to the Pomeranian District Branch and the RC Foundation, presentations, workshops, and practical exercises focused on everyday challenges in working with volunteers and team building. Participants emphasized the high substantive level of the sessions and their direct usefulness in local structural actions. Special recognition was given to integrative elements that facilitated networking and the exchange of good practices.
During the event, new tools supporting coordinators in planning and conducting volunteer activities were also presented. The meeting became a space for inspiration and joint planning of future initiatives.
There were also integrative elements and discussions about the directions of volunteer development in Poland. Coordinators pointed out the importance of cooperation between regions, the exchange of experiences, and mutual support, which form the foundation for effective PCK actions.
The meeting in Gdańsk confirmed that regular initiatives of this type are extremely needed and motivating, supporting the further development of volunteering in the spirit of commitment and partnership.
